We are happy to arrange shipping for your safe to the destination of your choice. Shipping rates for items under 100 lbs shipping weight will be calculated by the website or if desired via direct interaction with on of our sales associates. Freight is available for items over 100 lbs., please email or call us for rates, once the safe ships be sure to review the email we will send with receiving instructions.

Buyer is solely responsible for installation of their purchase. Should you desire assistance coordinating in-home delivery we can schedule our crew for locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego counties. For locations outside our local area we can coordinate installation in most areas of the contiguous U.S. through our network of installers. Inside delivery is an additional fee, in order to provide quotes for these services we will collect detailed information to ensure accurate price estimates.

Return Policy

To reduce the possibility of selecting the wrong product our safe experts are available and eager to assist you during our normal working hours. However, should you end up with a product that doesn’t meet your needs we can assist you with a return in accordance with our return policy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be in brand new, sellable condition with original packaging and instructions. Refunds are generally handled using the customer’s original form of purchase, minus shipping costs to and from if applicable and a 15% restocking fee. Upon request we can provide a return label and will deduct the cost of the label from the refund. Custom and customized items are not eligible for return.


Cancellations on most products are accepted prior to shipping or delivery.  Custom and customized products are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of order.


In the event you decide to refuse an undamaged shipment, you will be responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged please contact Maximum Security immediately for instructions.
