Description
If you’re looking to collect deposits through a wall drop, with your safe secure on the other side of the wall, in a locked room, the DSR2516E2 by American Security Products (AMSEC) is the one for you. The till storage compartment fits up to 4 till trays with clear door opening of 14-1/2”h x 12”w.
AMSEC constructs the heavy duty DSR2516E2 with a ½” solid steel plate door coupled with three 1” solid steel locking bolts, bolt detent system, large carburized hardplate and relocking device providing excellent protection from any would-be burglar. It comes standard with the ESL20XL UL tested electronic keypad but can be upgraded to a ESLAudit Trail tracking lock
The DSR2516E2’s reverse hopper is protected by dual “anti-fish” baffles. For maximum usability, the thru the wall depository has an adjustable chute. Depending on how extended the chute is, you’re looking at wall thickness of 6-7/8″ to 13-7/8″ and a height of 36-3/4″ to 48-3/4″. With this size, it is built to intake large package sizes, 4″D x 2-1/2″W x 9-1/2″L.
Deposits into the safe fall into a receiving locker constructed of heavy ¼” steel secured with a single key lock. Below the locker is a generous amount of secure storage space.
AMSEC includes 4 pre-drilled bolt down holes for added security. Be sure to bolt down to something permanent, ideally a concrete slab.
