The safe body is verified for TL30 burglar protection by UL and fire protection is certified for 2 hours. This is the same construction protecting hundreds of millions of dollars in assets at banks, jewelery stores and the like across the country.
UL takes burglar protection seriously, in order to receive TL30 certification this safe survived a brutal 30-minute attack by professional safe technicians. A wide array of tools were used including pry bars with wedges, sledge hammers, picks, chisels, carbide drills and circular saws. And, UL visits the factory regularly to ensure the same high end manufacturing procedures and materials continue to be used.
The strength of this RF6528 safe comes from the high-strength concrete with proprietary aggregate and a matrix of formed steel barriers. The interior sports plush fabric covered shelves and gun racks. The door interior is fitted with an organizer for quick access storage in pockets, pistol holders and even room for two rifles, all right on the door. For convenience and a touch of luxury consider outfitting the safe with LED lighting.
